In this study, it is aimed to determine the level of perception of job motivation and organizational identification of teachers working in public schools and the relationship between variables. The study was conducted with the participation of 219 teachers in 2015-2016 academic year. "Work Motivation Scale" and "Organizational Identification Scale" were used as data collection tools. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 22.0 and Lisrel 8.8 programs. As a result of the study, teachers' job motivation was relatively moderate and organizational identification was relatively high. In addition, there was a positive, low and significant relationship between job motivation and organizational identification. Finally, it was determined that job motivation is a significant predictor of organizational identification and various suggestions were made according to the results of the study.
