About the HAYEF: Journal of Education
HAYEF: Journal of Education is an online-only, open-access journal published by İstanbul University-Cerrahpaşa. The journal follows a triannual publication schedule, releasing issues in January, May, and September. Notably, it is published bilingually in both Turkish and English. Manuscripts submitted to the journal after September 11, 2020 are expected to align with this bilingual publishing approach. Authors hold the responsibility of arranging for the translation of their manuscripts, upon acceptance, to facilitate their inclusion in forthcoming journal releases. Additionally, the journal also considers manuscripts in French or German for potential publication.

As of October 2017, the journal has changed its title to HAYEF: Journal of Education.

The primary purpose of HAYEF: Journal of Education is to disseminate scientific information produced in education to a wide audience. It's important to note that studies involving teacher candidates are not accepted for publication in this journal.
