The purpose of this study is to examine the views of school administrators on education of Syrian students in Turkey. Phenomenology model, one of the qualitative methods, was used in the study. The data in the study has been obtained by using interview method which is one of the quality research techniques. 30 school administrators who work in different schools in Istanbul, specifically in Pendik and Zeytinburnu districts have been interviewed. The data has been analyzed through content analysis. The coded segments have been grouped under differing categories. The findings show that school administrators explicate communication problems with Syrian students during the registration process and communications issues during educational activities as the most persisting problems. In addition, the majority of the participants draw attention to the inadequacy of the registration system for Syrian students.
