In this study, the attitudes of the students, from eight different undergraduate programs in Istanbul Univesity Hasan Ali Yücel Education Faculty, toward Minor and Major graduate programs were examined. The student's attitudes and expectations were examined by a descriptive method, analyze of the data was done by SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) and statistical ki-square test was used to analyze and interpret the data. it also appeared that students with sufficient average note strive for a second diploma and are more eager to prove themselves than the others. In spite of the coincidence of the courses and examinations, it is determined that students have positive attitudes toward minor andrnajor graduate programs.
