This study aims to determine the effect of cooperation with the business world within the concept of differentiated educational programs prepared for the gifted and talented students to their vocational perceptions and career planning. The research sample consists of 25 students who continue their education during the period of 2013-2014 Academic Year Special Skills Development Program (OYGP) in Yasemin Karakaya Science and Art Center. This research is a qualitative research designed according to the case study approach. Qualitative research is a research design in which data collection methods such as observation, interview and document analysis are used and a process in which perceptions and events are put forward in a realistic and holistic way in a natural environment (Yıldırım and Şimşek, 2005).Data collection tools were semi-structured interview form comprised of open-ended questions and informal observations. According to the data obtained from the qualitative interviews conducted with the participants during and after this process, it was seen that the students get a positive attitude towards the field and mentioned professions came into prominence in their career planning.
