The study was conducted to determine the problems of the university students. For this aim a survey consisting of 28 questions was applied to randomly selected 583 Istanbul University students. The survey was analized as frequencies via SPSS 11.5. Results of the study revealed that most prevalent problems among students in order to importance were: Financial Dependence to parents, transportation taking time, no enough scholarship opportunities, not enough income for the expances, no time for activities other than studying.
