Research was conducted in order to determine the perceptions of school administrators and teachers about school guidance and psychological counseling service and about school psychological. The participants were 131 teacherand 11 administrator. Data was analyzed by SPSS (11.5). The result of the study revealed that; most of the teachers are not experiencing incongruity with the school guidance and psychological counseling services. The principals accept the school guidance and counseling services as an inseparable part of the school however they find the service and the staff insufficient.
