The purpose of this study İs to find out whether there is correlation or not between intelligence and leadership skills and difference between the leadership skill. Also gifted and normal students.The research was carried out at Beyazıt Ford Otosan Primary school where the students by the administration pogram differenlated according to the needs of students without completely separating them from their normal peers. Since there isn't any other Primary School administer/. The similar program the students attending the 3 rd and 4 th grade of the so-called school constituded the people of this reseach. In order to measure the leadership level of students leadership skills and behavior scale developed by Dorothy A. Sisk as a scale of self assessment and in order to determine the intelligence level, Raven's standart progressive matrices were used. In the analysis, mean, standard deviation, correlation and one-way ANOVA analyses were used. As a result, a significant correlations seen between intelligence and leadership and, a significant difference between gifted and non-gifted was found students, in favor of the gifted students.
