The aim of this study is to expose post graduate students Teaching Model in their mind. The study was carried out with 24 post graduate students who study in Educational Science Institute of Karadeniz Technical University within 2013-2014 academic year. In the study, a questionnaire composed of five open-ended questions was used as data collection instrument. The data obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed descriptivelyinterpretatively. The post graduate students’ teaching model were introduced in three phases; preparation phase, learning-teaching activities phase and evaluation phase. In each phase, the views of post graduate students about teacher responsibilities, student responsibilities and methodstechniques were presented. Traces of teaching-learning approaches and teaching-learning styles were determined on the opinion of post graduate students. Signs of constructivist and 5E learning model was heavily reached in teaching models that graduate students build in their minds.
