The aim of this study, is determined the level of the organizational commitment that primary school principals rotated. In the survey that held in according to the general screening model, with the level of the organizational commitment that primary school principals rotated, the organizational commitments are determined the differentiation status of the sub-dimensions according to the demographic variables.288 administrators, who are being rotated and assigned to the primary school as a manager in 2010/2011 and still work at the same task as primary school principal in April and May 2012, do the sample of this survey. Findings of this survey is the commitment of theemotional commitments that primary school principals participant in the highest level, that is followed by the statements about the normative commitment and continuance commitment.
