Research was conducted to determine the a) student's perceptions about towards school guidance and psychological counseling service and about school psychological counselor and b) to determine the differences of students' perceptions according to their level of grade. The sample of this research contained 468 students who were attending various elementary and high schools in Istanbul . Data was analyzed by SPSS (11.5). The result of the study reveated that; student's negative perceptions about school guidance and psychological counseling service and about school psychological counselor are low.
