Education is a period last lifelong, multi-dimensional and comprehensive on the basis of place and time. The aim of this period is to provide the ivdividual with the desired changes and make him/her a useful individual lor the society. Students in the elementary first level come from different families and environments. Each of these students has different behaviour charestehstics. Most of the students leave their family for he first time and have a new environment. Because of these factors, students show different behaviours both at school and in the classroom. Just like all institutians have, the school has its own rules. When students behave against these rules, these are considered as negative behaviours.This study is an evaluation for teacher and students, about what the negative behaviours that hinder the education of students at the first level of elementary schools. As a result of his, the negative behaviours of students against their teachers and their classmates are studied.
