In this study, the relationship between efficacy and job satisfaction levels of OKS and OSS programme teachers has been researched. The data has been collected from a seventeen item questionnaire on personal information and also from the questionnaire on teachers' efficacy, both of which are developed by the researcher. The data gathered from Kuzgun's Questionnaire on Job satisfaction has also been used in the research. The main finding of the study indicates that the private course teachers with high efficacy has job dissatisfaction.
