This study was conducted via the answers given to the survey which had been applied in the prep classes of Balkan Languages in the School of Foreign Languages. It is a research done in order to determine the satisfaction with concerning Albanian, Bosnian, Bulgarian and Greek preparatory education-teaching activities performed under the body of the School of Foreign Languages, to improve education and teaching process by getting to the root of the matters and to provide the quality assurance prescribed in Bologna period. The research was carried out through the relational survey method and the questionnaire application. There are questions aimed at determining the student's profile at the initial part of the questionnaire implemented for 55 students; in the second part of the questionnaire, the students' satisfaction degree among 6 variances was attempted to measure through 75 items of statement under 5 main titles (The Facilities supporting Academic Setting and Learning, Services provided for the students, Education Programs and Teaching, Measure and Evaluation, Academic Counseling and Guidance and Course Curriculum Design). The students' problems were focused for scrutiny via open-ended questions at the last part of the questionnaire and the students were asked to write their recommendations. After the data collection process, the students' satisfaction level was expressed by means of the graphics, evaluated and the solution offers related to improvement activities were tried to be developed in the conclusion part of the questionnaire.
