Teachers’ Individual Innovativeness Levels and Lifelong Learning Tendencies

The aim of this study was to evaluate the relatonship between teachers’ individual innovatveness levels and lifelong learning tendencies. The sample of this study comprised 403 teachers working in public and private primary and secondary educaton insttutons in Bursa in the 2022–2023 academic year. “Individual innovatveness level scale” and “lifelong learning tendency scale” were utlized to collect data in the study conducted employing the correlatonal survey model. Multple regression analysis was implemented to discover whether the level of individual innovatveness has an efect on lifelong learning tendencies. According to the fndings of the study, it was confrmed there was a signifcant and moderate positve relatonship between teachers’ lifelong learning tendencies and individual innovatveness levels. Moreover, it was found out that teachers’ individual innovatveness levels signifcantly and positvely afected their lifelong learning tendencies.
