The purpose of this study is to give a striking evidence that the laws of nature and science correspond to each others by describing relations between the structure of DNA and the geometry and topology which are basic fields of mathematics. For this aim we describe linking numbers, writhing numbers, twisting numbers, surface linking and winding numbers and show that they are differential topological invariants under the topological deformations. Moreover a useful formula is given to be used as studying minichromosomes in molecular biology.
