Aims, Scope, and Audience

HAYEF: Journal of Education publishes original scholarly work that advances educational research, theory, and practice. The journal welcomes empirical studies, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and theoretical or conceptual articles with strong methodological and conceptual foundations.

Submissions should demonstrate conceptual clarity, sound research design, and analytical depth, addressing educational issues with relevance beyond local contexts. Manuscripts engaging with contemporary challenges and emerging trends in education are especially encouraged.

Studies based exclusively on teacher candidate samples or data generated solely within teacher-training coursework fall outside the journal’s scope unless they offer broader theoretical, methodological, or practical implications.

All submissions undergo double-blind peer review and must meet high standards of research integrity and ethical conduct. The journal charges no article processing fees and publishes work in Turkish and English, while manuscripts in French or German may also be considered.
